Shipping & Delivery

Shipment & processing time for Australian customers

All orders are $10 flat rate delivery. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery to metro areas and a few extra days if you live in a rural areas or interstate. All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. Paying for express delivery does not change the dispatch time. 

When ordering personalised items, please allow for 2-5 business days before dispatch. 

Due to the current COVID conditions, shipping times may be extended.

All orders will receive tracking. After dispatch please contact the nominated shipping company emailed to you for any questions regarding shipping. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, especially during sale periods.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We do not compensate for shipping if you entered the incorrect address at checkout OR if your item has been left at the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us. 

International Shipping Policy 

Buyer is responsible for any import or duty taxes that may occur. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning your items to us.

Damages

Rare Mint Collection is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
